We hadn’t purchased a home in over 30 years & they were very patient explaining things. They were very responsive and answered our million questions. It felt like they were more interested in us finding the right place than them making a sale.

They went above and beyond in every aspect. If you don't have a relator I would highly recommend Dave for his professionalism and care.

I mainly dealt with Dave on a day to day basis and he was always on the top of his game and getting back with me in a very timely manner when I was waiting for an answer on something. I live out of state and I could not be at the house, but Dave and Casey were always there when anything was needed. I was extremely pleased with my complete transaction with Dave and Casey from my initial conversation in picking them as my realtor team to the end of the transaction and after closing on the house, no stone was left unturned. I will recommend them as they obviously cared about my sale and purchase. I just don’t appreciate the $300 service charge from Long Realty that allows them to donate (on my behalf ) to their chosen charities. Giving is a personal choice -not to force and require from anyone else !

!! She took us by the hand and led us through the realty maze, of which we had no knowledge nor experience. Casey kept us informed at each step and was easy to understand. After our first meeting with her, we immediately trusted her and Long Realty. This trust only became stronger as the process continued. There was one bump, which was caused by a reluctant possible buyer at the beginning and Casey was able to give us information which allayed our concerns. Ultimately, she found a possible buyer who eventually completed the transaction recently. Over this process, Casey has become a friend and we would definitely recommend her for anyone seeking a sale or purchase of a home!!!
